This terms of use will cover everything I post. Please note that may change as time passes.

Feel free to favorite anything you like, or link me in your club to show my work to other people. I just like to be detailed about the rest of it.

Photography - Not to be used as stock photography for photo-manipulations. If you would like to use a photograph of mine as basis for a non-commerical traditional media piece (non-digital) please note me for permission. I will probably say yes!

As for photo prints, I only put the copyright on photographs containing family or pets of mine, so at least I can protect their likenesses For photos of larger gatherings of people, I will not put my copyright or watermark on the picture. Because why would you want to buy a picture of yourself copyrighted by someone you don't know?

I have a free print account, so I make very little money off of prints (actually, as of the time I type this, no one has ever purchased one of my prints). When I do eventually get a paid print account here, there will be next to no markup on photographs taken at large public events with people in them.

Dolls - Look at them, favorite them, don't use them in your art. My doll page no longer exists since nobody adopted my stuff anyway. If you want to adopt to display on an adopted section of a page, wonderful! Go for it and link back to my main deviantART page. But do NOT use my dolls as forum avatars or signatures. I'd rather make something for you instead, so note me and ask nicely.

Fan Fiction - Do not use my original characters in your stories! But feel free to shower me with all the fan art you like based on my stuff.

I am also open to art/service trades! I'll make you a piece of jewelry or a website layout if you will draw my character, something like that.

DVD Covers - Free for anyone to print out for personal use. Do not sell as part of a fan sub.

Jewelry - Generally available for purchase at Designs By Mish! And I say 'generally' because I have many one of a kind items. Unless it says 'sold' under the description I'll probably put it on my Etsy shop.
